Commissioned work is for personal use only.

I retain the rights to the commissioned artwork.

I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork in my portfolio, unless the client requests otherwise.

The client may not claim the commissioned artwork as their own.

The client may post the commissioned artwork publicly, and credit is appreciated. It is recommended to upload the watermarked version.

The client may not modify the commissioned artwork in any way, except for resizing and cropping, unless they have obtained prior permission for other modifications, such as animation or other alterations.

The client may not use any work-in-progress images for any purpose, whether the commission is in progress, completed, or canceled.

The client is welcome to request updates on the commission's progress. Please refer to the 【Turnaround Time】 section for more detailed information.

The client will receive the commissioned artwork as PNG and/or JPG/JPEG files.

Major revisions are only allowed during the sketching stage. Minor revisions are permitted at all stages.

If the client requests changes to the finished illustration that were not previously discussed, an additional fee will be charged based on the nature of the changes. Any missing or incorrect details due to my error will be corrected at no extra charge.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

I do not provide the source/layered files of the commissioned artwork.

The commissioned artwork may not be used for NFT, AI, crypto, or any related future developments.

These terms of service are subject to change without notice in response to new situations, the need for clarifications, or for any other reason.

The estimated turnaround times are approximate. Please be mindful of time zone differences.

The timeframe for your request begins once I start working on it.

Depending on the current workload, it may take longer to complete your request.

Please keep it in mind: I sometimes work on multiple requests simultaneously. It is recommended not to ask for updates every hour or every day, as this can cause me anxiety. Asking for an update once every two days or more is fine.

I will inform you as soon as possible if there is a potential delay in delivering your commission.

I usually work on commission requests from Monday to Friday.

I take breaks every Saturday and Sunday.

Discussing details → Receiving the invoice → Paying the invoice → Receiving progress updates → Approving progress → Receiving the completed illustration(s).

Clear image references are highly appreciated.

By making a payment, the client agrees to the Terms of Service outlined on my Carrd.

Accepted payment methods include PayPal (invoice), Ko-fi (widget), and VGen.

For Paypal: Please do not send any payment on your own (whether using "goods and services" or "friends and family"). I will send an invoice to you.

I will not begin any work until payment has been made.

A minimum of 50% upfront or full upfront payment is required. For 50% upfront payment, the remaining 50% must be paid after the sketch is confirmed.

Refunds are available only if I haven’t started the work, but please note that only 50% of the payment can be refunded. To avoid any potential issues, please consider carefully before requesting a commission to ensure you're committed.

No chargebacks. Any client who initiates a chargeback will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.

The commission request will be considered canceled if the client fails to pay within 48 hours of the invoice being sent.

Tips are appreciated but not mandatory.

Additional character fee: +100% of the base price per extra character.

Other add-ons (items, pets, complicated backgrounds, etc) fee: starts at 5USD per add-on.

Complexity fee: starts at 5USD.

Custom/written fee: starts at 10USD.

Private fee: +100% of the final price.

Revision fee: free for up to 3 revisions; thereafter, 5USD per additional revision.

Rush fee: +100% of the total price.
